tab bar context menu

hi all..

if i wanted to discuss the layout and entries of the context menu on konqi's 
tabs, who would be the best person to do so with? there are some usability 
issues and discussion is being had about it. i'd like to have the person who 
feels most responsible for that menu to be involved to provide context and 
perspective. looking at the `cvs ann` of konq_tabs.cc it isn't immediately 
apparent who this person would be (Binner?) so i'm asking here =)
