Debate about Konquerors ability to display dynamic pictures

Hello,

Im having a little discussion with someone about Konquerors abilities to 
render a certain webpage. The webpage use IIS and have an asp-script which 
dynamically resize images and then send them back to the client. The problem,
however, is that Konqueror isnt able to render the images at all (Gecko 
works). 

The webpage author claims Konqueror "doesnt like to download dynamic files", 
while my investigations show that the asp-script most likely contains an 
error. Can someone give their input on the claim about "dynamic file" issue 
in Konqueror?

(If someone is interested in viewing the webpage themselves, the IP is 
213.236.166.45. Since this is a webshop, I dont intend on giving them free
