KHTML and closed platforms

Yes KHTML is fully LGPL. You can link it to any closed library. You
just have to release changes (if any) you did to *KHTML* itself. But
because *KHTML* needs Qt either you need to buy Qt license from
Trolltech or use something like KWQ from Apple.
