Event handlers and <select>

Hi,

on http://javacat.de/SOCat/socat.php (login: test/test), Konqueror (<= KDE 
3.3)  somehow does not interpret event handlers on <select> tags, either 
that, or it does not know about submit(), which seems to be a function 
provided by the ecma bindings in other browsers.

Any idea?
