KHtml problem with padding (and testcase)

Hello,

I found a problem with khtml ignoring the padding that it should apply.

I've attached the testcase.

Just try to modify the padding: 20px;  to something else and you'll see that 
it has no effect. Try it with mozilla to see the difference.
