Makes no sense. Starting with "Mozilla/<major number>" is a standard now,
even IE does it, and lots of websites check for it. It doesn't really mean Mozilla anymore,
it's just the way to specify the "major version number of the browser" (on
a scale that is more or less common between all browsers). The above would
regress konqueror to "not even IE4 or IE5 compatible" because of the "3.4".
