KDE Thai Word Break patch

Dear KHTML developers,

Attached please find the patch by me (with great help of Mr. Lars 
Knoll) for KHTML to break lines in case of Thai-language strings. It 
makes use of the libthai.so.0 IF found in the system. 

Tested it with KDE 3.3.0 and latest 3.3.1 (Debian/sid), work fine.
