RFC: to backport HEAD or not

That looks fine to me...
Why not then try to establish some kind of sub-release plan for khtml, so that 
we have e.g  a week of known freeze where we may concentrate on 
testing/polishing/crash fixes on HEAD, before a full backport occurs/is 
considered?
Or would that be too constraining?
