I have just done a little patch for konqueror that allows users to change the
name of a button in the side bar.
I have a question that is marked as FIXME in the patch.
What identifier should I use for the language ? the two letter code (without
the country code) ? or the whole language (with the country code) ?
I think none of the solutions is perfect, but, what do you think ?
Attached is the (well commented) patch, what should I change ? may I commit
it ?

PS: I don't know why, after running KDE_LANG="es" konqueror it setted up the
right name (Name[es]) but it didn't load it. But it didn't load it for other
pre-done .desktop file for other buttons, so I think it was just a problem
with my installation/testing.
