[Patch] RenderObject::canvas optimization

Hello,

I'd like to commit the RenderObject::canvas optimization as discussed in 
khtml-devel. Is it safe to commit it without any assertions (i. e. is it 
guaranteed that the DomDocument's renderer is always the RenderCanvas)?
