Well, no. We intuitively expected this behaviour and made our web pages rely 
on this behaviour. Now, we found out that it simply doesn't work as expected 
with KDE 3.2 and I basically wanted to know whether it's the right fix.
I actually don't know how other browsers behave, and to find out, I'd indeed 
have to make a testcase.

Sure. Let me see when I find the time to do so. Certainly I'll commit the 
patch together with an according regression test.
