Okay I figured out why this happens. kio_http is retrieving the request from 
its cache. When it does you get no "content-disposition" meta-data. Turn off 
your cache and this seems to work okay. We have to somehow fix kio_http to 
account for such information.  BTW, you forget to include the patch for 
rendering/render_image.(h/cpp)...
