[PATCH#2] propagate mouse and keyboard events through the DOM

Hi,

Sorry for spamming this list, but here's a new version of the patch I already 
had committed to CVS and then reverted because of an instability. As already 
mentioned, it captures QT events on form widgets, propagates them through the 
DOM API, allowing them to be intercepted by onMouseDown, onMouseMove and so 
on.

The crash found by Jean-Baptiste is fixed now and the fact that one can't 
access the menubar by pressing Alt is not related to this patch.
