First, it makes it impossible to have left-aligned text in web pages by using 
text-align:left.
Second, the query of a setting is not acceptable in a speed-critical method 
like RenderStyle::setTextAlign.

What you should try to achieve is to only replace the default text-align (i. 
e. auto) with justify. Thus, those pages deliberately setting text-align:left 
aren't affected.

You have to do the changes in css/cssstyleselector.cpp in applyRule under
case CSS_PROP_TEXT_ALIGN.
- From there you can access the KHTMLSetting by a "settings" pointer.
Nonetheless, I don't think it's worth it. Does any other browser support 
default text justification?
