Now that we have mimetype inheritance, we could indeed have inode/cvsdirectory,
but I'm afraid it would slow down directory listing in cases where we don't care
about it at all - just to show the right plugin *if* clicking on that directory.

I guess it could be made part of the "scanning inside dirs for contents"
but currently that feature is called "Folder Icons Reflect Contents" so it would
have to be generalized a bit...
