Strg-+/- broken?

khtml has more than one .rc file: it has khtml.rc (used in e.g. kmail) and khtml_browser.rc
(used in e.g. konqueror).
The action with the shortcut should only appear in khtml_browser.cc, if you don't
want it to interfer when kmail is using khtml...
