how to set proxy settings in konquerorrc shell script of konqueror web browser?

my konquerorrc file content as follows:
[HTML Settings]
DefaultEncoding=euckr
DefaultHomepage=http://www.mizi.com/en
MaximumFontSize=12
MinimumFontSize=12
[Java/JavaScript Settings]
EnableJavaScript=true
[Settings]
ToolBarCombo=file://linuette/config/browser/linuette/main.htm
how can I add proxy settings in this file? I guess as follows:
[Proxy Settings]
EnableProxy=true
Proxy="http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:80"
but I don't konw standard format, maybe some howto existed, any advice
will help me.
And how can I change default enconding and how can I know system
support what encoding?
