[patch] fix for spurious clearing of text areas

Hello,

This patch contains a fix for both bugs 49828 and 86916, which both describe dataloss caused by deleting the text areas (though similar, they're no dupes).

The patch [1] fixes this by introducing an initialization phase in RenderTextArea which inhibits marking the RenderTextArea dirty. This prevents khtml from taking over the text() of the associated KTextEdit before the value has been set once at least from the DOM.
