Refreshing of view

Hello,

(using CVS-HEAD)

Konqueror has IMO problems with refreshing preview of files when 
contents of file have changed. Eg. after editing .po file preview of 
translated/fuzzy/untranslated messages don't change automatically. The 
same for image files.
