Hi again,

Thanks for the latest patch.
I have applied it, after adding documentation to the enum,
renaming ShowHierarchicalItems with ShowCreateDirectory (since that's
what it's used for, in fact).
Oh, and replacing the tabs with spaces, for consistency with the rest of the files :)
I also fixed a bug with "up" not being shown (due to a previous commit there, it seems).

In kmultipart.cpp. But I have done it now.
