gear in about:konqueror cut off

OK, I had never noticed it before, but now I check, I am seeing it too. It 
seems that the gear is the background, and the blue below overlays it, at a 
constant height from the bottom of the window.

Are you getting:
ASSERT: "block_stacking_updates == 0" in layers.cpp (201)
when you start konqi?
