gear in about:konqueror cut off

Hello,

When a new konqueror webbrowser window is opened, it contains the 
about:konqueror page by default. This page has a big blue translucent gear in 
its background. When the initial window height is so small that the whole 
gear can't be displayed, the gear will be cut off when scrolling down.

I've seen this bug for months, and I actually assumed it would be noticed and 
quickly fixed. As it's still there, this could mean
- - my local installation is screwed
- - nobody else looks at the about: screen any more
- - other developers use browser windows with a much greater height, so the bug 
doesn't show.

Btw, the textual description of the bug is vacuous. Therefore, I added two 
screenshots. about-init shows the initial state of the gear, about-scrolled 
after the page has been scrolled down a few lines.
