I think it's strange enough that it works also for me now. Meantime I
restarted my PC, that may be the reason...

OK, found the reason: if the tabs are visible it doesn't work.
 Also should it signal somehow the resizing event to the embedding widget 
(Konqueror or Quanta) or how would the parent widget know that the KHTML part 
has resized itself?
