its not suid in any case, so local hacks will just
remain local hacks, therefore, no escalation.
proper solution will be going in 3.3 and will probably
be based around some ideas that me and george staikos
came up with involving a web based server and a xml
based transactions log, maybe with some other buzzwords
like webdav could be thrown into the mix.
i'll almost certainly end up writing the "bookmark server"
implementation in ruby, so hopefully other people can port
it to their own favourite language (perl, python, c++).
its not going to be part of kde proper anyways i guess.
