[PATCH] Support for window.navigate

Hi,

Well, everything is at

This patch adds support for window.navigate(). This is my first try at hacking 
khtml/ecma's internals so I ask even if it is a simple patch.

BTW, I ran "make hashtables" which changed all the *lut.h files. This seemed 
the right thing to do, even if it seems strange that auto-generated files go 
into CVS [to avoid a perl dependency, no?].
