text-decoration-color?

Hello,

In my attempt to fix text-decoration issues I found khtml to support the 
text-decoration-color property. The funny thing is, it is not mentioned in 
CSS (not even CSS3), and the browser of the Dark Side doesn't support it 
either.

Shouldn't text-decoration-color be renamed to -khtml-text-decoration-color 
instead?
