xml+css borken in head?

Hello,

I noticed that css isn't applied to xml documents any more. Strangely enough, 
class selectors are applied, but everything else doesn't work.

The difference becomes evident if you view it in an older version of Konqueror 
(like 3.0), or in Mozilla.

I haven't found a bug report targeting that, so I'd like to know if this bug 
is already known. Otherwise I'll file a bug report.
