[patch] #55065: background image is limited to window-size

Hi,
In the new implementation, positioned boxes can overflow the initial 
containing block. 
Hence paintRootBoxDecorations should use the canvas's width/height when 
painting the background, and not the root element's (cf. CSS2 14.2 §3)

Is that OK?
