Currently, KHTMLView::mediaType() and KHTMLView::setMediatype() are private 
methods. There is a notice stating the method does not have support in the 
renderer, but I'm not sure what that means.

In konquerorEmbedded, I'd like to be able to set the media type to "tv" or 
"handeld" to be able to select better CSS attributes if they are available on 
the sites. Is that unsupported? Additionally, html4.css could have special 
cases for these targets.

To make this work, though, the methods should be made protected instead of 
private. This would also be useful for people wanting to test sites 
accessible from different kind of terminals.
