[patch] fix for "overflow: scroll" rendering errors

Hi,
Attached is a patch fixing "overflow: scroll" issues:
-content clip rectangle overlaped on scrollbars => merged correction from 
WebCore
- scrollbars returns wrong width()/height() before their first positionning, 
leading to incorrect content width => use pixelMetric instead.

(see testcase)
