[PATCH] Smooth mouse wheel scrolling

Hi,

I´ve modified KHTMLView to parse up/down QWheelEvents and scroll more or less 
smoothly up or down by a line or a page (accepts both Ctrl and Shift as 
modifiers for this since I´m not sure which one should be taken for zooming) 
for each event (wheelclick). It has a crude system to speed up the faster the 
wheel is scrolled, and slow down as the scrolling is reaches an end. Pressing 
an autoscroll key (or Up/Down) can stop the scrolling.
