Problem with styles on konqueror 3.1.1

Hi!
  My friend is experiencing problems with style definitions in a regular,
valid HTML. The test case is at
  http://silk.sh.cvut.cz/style.html
  In mozilla, it works OK, i IE too.
  Just now I don't have a HEAD kq available. Is there anybody present who can
try it ? 
  Should I file a regular bug report for it ? Or is it allready a known
problem ?
