Thanks alot David for taking on this problem. I moved the BR #57477 back to
Konqueror, because 1) well its a Konqueror bug ;-) and 2) I'm not sure if you
already did all the commits needed to fix this bug. Please close it when you
are done.

I guess, you are right. The performance hit for normal directories probably
outweighs the advantages of an inode/cvs-directory mimetype. Especially since
then you also would have to add an inode/svn-directory mimetype. But the
idea was neat. :-)
