Konqueror Can No Longer Log into HTTPS Site Requiring Cookies

I get the same result in Mozilla and Konqueror.  I believe this was cause by a 
typo that was recently fixed in the 3_1_BRANCH. See the resolution of
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=58578.
