Rendering problem: paragraph + link + table cell + link (example included)

Lo,

Attached HTML file renders the link (i.e. underline) incorrectly. If I
could describe it in a few words, it would be something like "when a
paragraph containing a link is justified in a table cell, and the
paragraph is being wrapped because it contains more text than the table
cell can fit, the link's `underline` is not drawn correctly".
