odd behaviour in tabbing

I noticed this inconsistent behaviour in konqueror.  This may be fixed
in the current CVS but i'm not sure.

When using konqueror and multiple tabs are open if I open a new tab it
opens immediately after the tab i'm currently in.  However if I open a
link in a new tab it opens that link at the end of the tabbing order
(instead of immediately after the current tab).  Both ways could be
proper but they should both be either one or the other.  Either they
both open immediately after the current tab or they both go to the end
of the tabbing order.  Any one else notice this?

Also, if anyone can let me know what tab resizing is like in the current
cvs?  tabs often disappear and have to be cycled through even only after
5 tabs simply because the titles are long.
