Yes, it works now (only tested on the branch: Hunk #1 succeeded at 2388
with fuzz 2 (offset -13 lines)).

It doesn't fix the applet example though.

One other thing with this, now working frameset example, when going
backward and forward, the load progress bar stays at 99% and wheel keeps
spinning. A reload seem to be ok.
