konqi preloading is broken in several ways (and unmount bug)

 I added a DCOP to quit such instances to the kded module, but what exactly do 
you mean with 'when such settings change'? Are you expecting the kded module 
to watch your xft configuration and half a dozen other KDE unrelated 
settings?
