konqi preloading is broken in several ways (and unmount bug)

Btw, changes that require an application restart are now no longer respected 
(like changing xft settings i.e.). 

while its obvious why, its confusing to the user and will most likely cause 
many bugreports. 

Any chance that we can quit the preloaded instance when such settings 
change?
