Win32 Port of Safari

I'm protecting my dad from viri on his XP computer (he's not ready yet for Linux) by having him
run Netscape 7. It works OK, but I would love to get him on a Konq version to make things a little
faster.

Just as a potential tip (IANAL), you might want to make sure you're not using a version of Visual
C++ who's EULA forbids development of software that uses an "IP Infringing" license. I'm not sure,
but I think LGPL falls into this category, from Microsoft's perspective.
