[PATCH] "Enable launch feedback" checkbox for kmenuedit

Several people I know like to use kmenuedit for configuring shortcut keys to
shell commands (like dcop, aumix and isdnctrl), but have to edit the .desktop
files manually to get rid of the launch feedback. This patch adds a checkbox
to kmenuedit for choosing whether or not to give launch feedback for an
application, thus simplifying the task greatly.
