Your suggestion

	sh -c "xterm -e some command"

works for getting konsole to execute a command upon launch but, 
unfortunately,
it still prefers to open in the user's home directory as opposed to 
konqueror's
current directory.  Do you have any ideas to circumvent this problem from 
the
command-line in a way that I can integrate it with your above suggestion?
