copy/move popup ordering

Hi,

in KMail there is a popup that appears on drop (of an drag) that asks the 
user to copy/move the item.
This popup is very similar to the one in libkonq.
There is one snag; the move/copy actions are reversed between the two..

I posted a bug to the KMail people to request them follow your lead, but 
Ingo found that not to be a very good idea.

After consulting with the kde-usability guys the idea was reversed; Yes 
those 2 popups should be the same, but libkonq should be changed.

Attached is a patch that accomplishes that; can this be committed?
