Add web short-cut to Konqueror

Is it possible to have a web-shortcut added in to KDE/Konqueror:

Search provider name: Longdo
 Search URI: http://longdo.ex.nii.ac.jp/?search=\{@}&src=k
 URL shortcuts: ld
 Charset: utf8.

Longdo is dictionary search service from currently 3 languages EN, DE, JP to
Thai and new contents can be collaboratively added. In some ways it provides
search service similar to LEO for DE/EN.
