Konqueror 3.1.3 and scrolling

this seems to be the bug:
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=61730
 It seems to be in every app that somehow uses a html displaying widget, 
as kmail, kopete, khelpcenter...

Hopefully this gets fixed in the branch soon...
It's a pity coz otherwise I really like 3.1.3.
Really inpressive is the speed of the imagegallery plugin!
