he says he has a problem, but can't file a bug report.  I don't know what it 
is, but it's a kdFatal anyways.

I do not have another browser and I have tried reinstalling kde 3.1.1  Could
you just forward my email to the proper party?  Otherwise, I cannot file a
bug report.  I use kmail and have not used any other browser other than
Konqueror.  I have no other browser.  Do you understand this?
