  I don't know but I don't count on them changing anything any time soon.

  Yes they do work with 3.1 last I checked too.  (my 3.1 machine is presently 
being repaired)

  Thanks!  Meanwhile, it would be nice to know why it's broken, including why 
all UAs I tried didn't help.
