Cookies should be handled mostly automatic by kio_http.
You can enable logging for kio_http. (see kdebugdialog) and then you should be
able to find any differences that may exists between what your application
sends to the other side versus what konqueror sends.
I log the following debug areas for this purpose in my kdebugrc:
