Problem still there. Simplified testcase:
<table>
    <tr>
        <td width="100">
            <textarea NAME="msg" COLS="50" ROWS="15"></textarea>
        </td>
        <td>
            <iframe width="100%" height="100%" src="http://www.kde.org"></iframe>
        </td>
    </tr>
</table>

The bug is that the iframe gets a height of 0.
