Ok, but since that isn't implemented yet, ECMA could be a bit nicer to
khtml in case of polling javascripts. Even with a minimum timeout of 16ms,
the relayouting is noticeble. (and don't forget remote X users, like me
during work hours :). We can always remove it later.
